My simple answer, “I cultivated self-discipline through daily habits and routines, such as setting goals, creating a schedule, and sticking to it. By developing self-discipline, I learned to prioritize my time and energy, stay focused on my goals, and resist temptation and distraction.”

It ‘s very common my old jiu-jitsu training partners to express frustration and ask, “Why am I not improving?”

The Blackbelt Mindset answer, “You must believe in taking small, consistent steps towards goals every day, and to trust in the power of compound interest. By focusing on consistent, incremental progress, you are able to build momentum and achieve goals more effectively.”

My 20+ years as a personal trainer, makes me an expert of accountability.
